Solutions Architect - Seattle
Position Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a solution architect and subject matter expert in the areas of software development, middleware and systems infrastructure; providing technical leadership in the research, planning, design, construction and operation of complex systems. This individual will help spearhead the adoption of cloud-based computing solutions working with clients in the areas of Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Infrastructure as a Service.
This individual will also be a key contributor to Centerstance business development efforts including participation in proposal development, client presentations and preparation of Statements of Work.
In addition, the person in this position will work closely with internal staff to assist in staff development including mentoring and architecture/design reviews.
Accountabilities:
We will be looking for candidates who have significant experience in systems architecture and software development; experience in system infrastructure (servers, storage and networks), common middleware and system security solutions as well as strong leadership and communications skills. The individual in this position will serve as a thought leader in the area of cloud computing and will focus on making Centerstance successful in enabling clients to make effective use of a wide range of cloud-based computing solutions.
Technical and Performance Skills Required:
• General IT experience: 10-15 years total information technology experience with 5+ years large scale system architecture experience, demonstrating progressive levels of leadership.
• Consulting Experience: 5+ years experience in client-facing, technology consulting including active participation in business development activities.
• Software Development: 5+ years experience in distributed web application development including hands-on work with one or more common web application development platforms.
• Middleware and Infrastructure: 3-5 years experience dealing with complex systems infrastructure and middleware environments including:
Experience in server sizing/selection
Addressing storage needs of solution components
Addressing network design implications of system architecture
Experience should include exposure to both Windows and UNIX operating systems, and work with multiple relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or DB2. Experience should also include exposure to security solutions for access control and identity management. System administration experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Cloud-based Computing: The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years experience working with cloud computing technology encompassing both hands-on experience with Software as a Service (such as Salesforce.com) and a solid foundation in Infrastructure as a Service technologies. Candidates with less experience in Cloud Computing will be considered if they possess excellent qualifications in all other areas.
• Security Experience : The ideal candidate will have experience encompassing IT Operations Policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, Cloud Computing environments such as SFDC, AWS and Google Apps and products including QlikView, InTacct, Rackspace, etc.

Sr. CRM Configuration Consultant - Seattle
The Senior Consultant for the SaaS Practice will be responsible for the implementation of Centerstance’s on-demand consulting practice (SaaS) SalesForce.com (SFDC) client projects. The Senior Consultant is a client-facing position that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong client relationship skills. The Senior Consultant may hold end-to-end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering and documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables. Engagements will require the hands-on participation of the Senior Consultant as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.
Client Delivery
• Assist Sales in development of prototype demonstrations as assigned by management;
• Manage and complete system and user setup as needed;
• Document and implement configuration changes and data mapping requirements as needed for the engagement;
• Manage and execute on the process of gathering, documenting, and maintaining business/process workflows following standard processes and procedures (business process reviews);
• Work with assigned Project Managers to fully communicate requirements to the technical team and with clients before solutions are designed and implemented;
• Provide quality assurance on client deliverables;
• Disclose appropriate, known risks and limitations to the project manager assigned to the engagement;
• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams;
• Provide support for time tracking, reporting, and issue resolution on projects;
